RISE Flag registration is now OPEN for the 2026-2027 Winter flag football season!

Each registered player receives a NIKE reversible game jersey which will be shipped directly to the player!

RISE Flag will provide every new player with their own custom flag belt.
If you are a returning player, a custom flag belt will be offered upon request.

RISE Flag will provide each head coach with a custom football and a NIKE reversible jersey to match the team!

Additionally, there will be an opportunity to purchase a RISE Flag branded mouthguard, a RISE Flag branded football, or NIKE branded gameday apparel through registration.

REGISTRATION FEE

A $20 RISE processing fee and transaction fee will be added to your total.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:         $230 ends on September 25
REGULAR REGISTRATION:              $250 ends on October 25
 
Jerseys (included in the registration fee) and any additional RISE player apparel purchased through the registration process will be delivered to your home address. 

A sibling discount of $20 is available. Please note that this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete.

The ROCHESTER RISE Flag Football season runs from November through January with games taking place at:

SEASON SCHEDULE

Your team will be assigned one time slot for your practice/game within the window listed, with the exception of the playoffs, which may involve multiple games. The final schedule will be posted in TeamLinkt prior to week 1. Game days and times may be subject to change due to inclement weather or other reason(s).

LEAGUE FORMAT

RISE Flag Football divisions are based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.
        •   K - 2^nd Grade 
        •   3^rd - 4^th Grade 
        •   5^th - 6^th Grade
        •   7^th – 8^th Grade 
        •  Girls Only Middle School Division
•  Co-ed (except Girls Only Middle School Division)
•  7 Games + Playoffs
•  6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field
•  5v5 Olympic format for 7^th – 8^th Grade Division only
•  8-12 player rosters 
•  Rosters are formed by coach and friend requests, with priority given to coach requests. Requests are considered in the order in which they are received. 
•  Single players are placed on teams with athletes from similar schools/towns when possible. 

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

RISE Flag Football does not provide coaches for the league. All coaches are volunteers and most likely parents and/or mentors in the community.

EVERY volunteer coach must provide the League Operator with a current RISE background check, which is good for one year. 
 

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted to the League Operator in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
•   Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
•   Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season
•   No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season
•   If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, NO REFUNDS will be processed
